| March 2010 RINA SpA has certified the enforced Quality Management System, according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. November 2009 Globalchimica Srl has approved its Quality Policy. February 2009 At the present moment the major efforts of the research laboratory of Globalchimica srl, are addressed at mastering the chemistry of nanocomposites, applied to silicone rubbers, polyurethane rubbers and epoxy formulae. The study of the synthesis of reinforcing nanoparticles (size below 40 nanometres) directly in situ, is in an advanced stage, i.e. by the chemical construction reaction of the nanoparticle and its hydrophobization inside the polymeric matrix. This would allow a substantial increase of all the rheologic, chemical, mechanical and electrical properties of the finished products. |
