Elastostamp polyurethane rubbers.
The rubbers of the Elastostamp series are polyurethane elastomers that can be poured and cured at room temperature and feature high fluidity, high mechanical strength and absolute faithfulness in the reproduction of details with no linear shrinkage.
Materials that can be used in reproduction from matrices obtained from the use of Elastostamp elastomers:
- plaster
- cement
- ceramic pastes
- natural and synthetic waxes.

Elastostamp HD: hardness from 25 to 65 shore A. Extreme fluidity, elasticity and mechanical strength, low specific gravity, little linear shrinkage, self-releasing, therefore easy "delivery". Plaster and cement products, decorative garden articles, rosettes, cornices, balustrades, religious and decorative goods, etc.
Elastostamp TNT: hardness from 25 to 90 shore A. Extreme mechanical strength and excellent fluidity, no toxic components (TDI monomer below 0.5%). Non self-releasing, suitable for the production of flexible technical goods, seals in situ, protection of electric and electronic circuits, prototyping, etc.
Elastostamp TR: hardness from 40 to 70 shore A. Excellent dimensional stability, very little linear shrinkage, no toxic components. Elastomers suitable for the production of prefabricated cement, also large-sized, decorative stuccos, sanitary fixtures.
